Transactional Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage operated by Bradley N. Meyer. We provide full-service real estate representation for buyers and sellers at fixed fees. Our current fee schedule is:

• Seller Representation: $2,497 fixed fee
• Buyer Representation: $1,497 fixed fee

All services are subject to a written service agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement. Fees and services are subject to change; the current fee schedule will be disclosed in writing before any agreement is executed.
